New YA Book Coming 2027!

Bottom line up front: I signed a contract to release my second YA book which will be published in 2027!

This book (which doesn’t even have a definite title yet) is a story that’s really important to me about a teen girl asking herself if she’s *really* asexual and what that means as she gets involved in relationships. It’s the kind of book I wish had existed when I was a teenager.

I started working on this book in 2022 when I took Rebecca Thorne’s plotting class back when she was still offering those. Since then, she’s put out a book that encapsulates the class pretty well (The 5 Sentence Method, if you’re wondering), and I still constantly refer to it when plotting out new stories.

Just because I’ve been quiet on the author front doesn’t mean I haven’t been busy. I’ve been reading lots of wonderful stories and working on several projects. I’ll have a short story coming out in June as part of an anthology and will hopefully have the first draft of a new manuscript with a new co-author done by mid-June.

I’m excited for what’s to come, and I hope y’all are too!
